had physical training today,
haven't been training my stamina for ages.
slacked during pe,
walking four rounds instead of running as instructed.
my stamina's really bad now,
really BAD.
totally different from the past,
when i can run long distances without panting.
and guess what,
i had to run 4.2km today!
9 laps around the track..
but i somehow felt more energized after PT,
crapped alot with my badminton girls.
oh yea, i was a burping machine today.
opps!
haha!
badminton's more united now..=)
didn't expect this from him!!
i'm flying right now..
